Comprehensive Care in One Appointment: Our $75 Heart Scan Package* is designed to offer a holistic view of your heart health. In a single, convenient appointment, you’ll receive not only the heart CT scan but also crucial screenings for cholesterol, glucose, and Body Mass Index (BMI), along with a blood pressure check.
Personalized Consultation: We believe in personalized care. Following your screening, a dedicated cardiac nurse will provide a private, one-on-one consultation. This session is designed to thoroughly review your individual risk factors, discuss your preliminary results, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Convenient Locations: Accessing our heart scan services is easy. With multiple locations situated conveniently near your home or workplace, prioritizing your heart health fits seamlessly into your busy life.
Affordable Individual $49 Heart Scans – A New Option!
Our new $49 Heart CT Scan-only option* offers a focused and affordable approach to heart screening. This option includes the heart CT scan without the personalized cardiac nurse consultation or additional screenings. Your scan results will be promptly sent to your primary care provider (PCP), who will then manage your follow-up care and discuss any necessary next steps. To be eligible for this option, you must have an established primary care physician. The Heart Scan-only option is currently available at three convenient Advocate Health Care locations.
Regardless of the heart scan option you select, rest assured that your results will be interpreted by a team of expert, board-certified professionals, including both cardiologists and radiologists.
Heart Scan Locations and Directions at Advocate Health Care
Your final heart scan results will be mailed directly to your home within 7-10 business days. Additionally, for easy access and record-keeping, a copy of your results will be securely filed in MyChart, where you can view them at your convenience. Your primary care physician will also have access to your results, ensuring coordinated care.
**Please note that the $49 Heart Scan-only option available at Bolingbrook, Lombard, and Plainfield locations includes only the heart scan, without additional screenings or nurse consultations. Results are exclusively sent to your primary care physician. If you do not currently have a primary care physician, one will be assigned to you for follow-up care.

Heart screenings can be genuinely life-saving. Consider a Heart Scan At Advocate Health Care if you are a man over the age of 40 or a woman over 45 and have one or more of the following heart disease risk factors:
- High blood pressure

- Family history of heart disease
It’s important to note that heart scans are designed for preventative screening. If you are currently experiencing symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath, a heart scan is not the appropriate next step. In such cases, please contact your physician immediately or call 911 if you believe you are experiencing a heart attack. Furthermore, if you have a history of cardiac events, angioplasty, or open-heart surgery, a heart scan will not provide additional benefit.
