  3. View Existing Members: In “Member Management,” you will see a list of existing members, typically categorized as “Family Member” and “Other Member.”

  4. Add New Member: Tap the “+” icon, usually located at the top right corner, to add a new member.

  5. Choose Member Category: Select the appropriate category for the new user, either “Family” or “Other.”

  6. Create Member Profile: Create a name for the new member.

  7. Select Key Sensor Type: Choose the type of key sensor you want to register for this user: Fingerprint, PIN, or RFID. Tap the “+” or “add” button next to your chosen method.

While both methods successfully add users, they offer different levels of detail and management. When you add users directly through the device, the system recognizes access attempts simply as “finger01,” “card02,” and so on. This method is straightforward for basic functionality.

However, adding users through the Bardi app provides enhanced tracking and identification. When a user registered via the app unlocks the door, the system identifies them by name, as listed in the “Family” or “Other Member” section of the app. This detailed tracking offers a more comprehensive overview of who is accessing your property and when.
