- One Wash Per Day: Membership allows for one car wash per day for the registered vehicle.
- Barcode Sticker Required: The unlimited pass sticker must be displayed on the registered vehicle and properly positioned for scanning. Tinted windshields may affect barcode readability.
- Monthly Billing: A valid credit/debit card is required for monthly auto-renewal. Charges occur on your anniversary date each month.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to your recharge date to avoid the next month’s charge. No refunds are provided for partial months after cancellation, but you can use the membership until the end of the billing cycle.
- Barcode Replacement: Notify Flagship Carwash if your barcode sticker is damaged or if you replace your windshield. A new barcode will be issued upon request.
